WP leader: Elisabeth Cardis, ISGlobal (former CREAL)

This WP entails managing a large Consortium (12 partners plus six external collaborating institutions) during an extended period of time (7 years). The main objectives of this WP are to: set-up a project management structure that ensures efficient management of administrative, financial, and legal issues; organise and supervise the work plan and liaise with the European Commission; and support the communication and work dynamics to help the entire Consortium reach a successful conclusion.
